储藏室对于电器是否属于高失火区域？

我根据《防火划分图》看到储藏室通常被划为9类较大失火处所，因目前设计的一条船储藏室正好在电气设备间下面，很多电缆需要从储藏室反穿上去。本来准备协商把储藏室移到别的地方，但是设计公司回复DNV船级社规范里的电器要求的失火区域不同于solas规定，原话是：

首先电气安装的“High fire risk areas”不同于SOLAS的Ch.II-2对于Service Space防火划分的“High Risk”。

据DNV GL Pt.4 Ch.8 Sec.2 J102

“High fire risk areas” in the context of above Rules are:

- machinery spaces of category A,

- galleys and pa***ies containing cooking appliances,

- laundries containing drying equipment,

- saunas,

- sale shops, barber shops and beauty parlours,

- paint lockers and other store-rooms for flammable liquids.

其中并未提及储藏室，所以我们认为当前的舱室布置不影响航海设备室电气设备的电缆走向.

各位如何理解？

SOLAS Chapter II-1, Regulation 45.5.3 中的 “high fire risk" 的解释的历史沿革如下：
IACS SC 11, 里面说到老的SOLAS 1974 Chapter II-2 Regulations 26, 27, 44 and 58, 其具体条款的详细内容由MSC/CIRCULAR 847 给出解析，后来编辑到新的SOLAS (2000) Chapter II-2 Regulation 9 里面的不同条款中。对于你的货船，大于4平米的储存室，从SOLAS 定义来说，是“高风险的服务处所”，但并不是IACS E15 中所定义的高失火处所！
电缆的贯穿该处所是许可的。同时，参照第2，4， 5 楼的说明。

帮你分析三个问题：你的题目表达不清楚，我想你要问的是电气设备间是否属于高失火区域，你还想问毗邻电气设备间下面的储存间是否属于高失火区。根据你引用的规范，两个房间都不是高失火区域，电缆从储存间穿越甲板到电气设备间，应做到水密和防火分隔图中规定特定分级防火隔堵，我认为是A级（因为你说电气设备间在驾驶甲板。）你所应用的规范，没有将危险区定义成高失火区域，有欠考虑，英老在这一点考虑周到。
根据solas C和II-2, Re.1, and Re. 9, 对于货轮或油轮，储存间（大于4平）定义成高风险的服务处所, service space ( high risk)。

Cables and wiring serving essential, important or emergency equipment shall be routed clear of galleys, machinery space category A and other high fire risk areas, except for cables supplying equipment in those spaces. They shall not be run along fire zone divisions, so that heating through the division due to fire, jeopardise the function of the cables. Special attention shall be given to the protection and routing of main cable runs for essential equipment, for example between machinery spaces and the navigation bridge area, taking into account the fire risk existing in accommodation spaces. (Interpretation of SOLAS Ch. II-1/45.5.3)最终解释由SOLAS
solas是这样说明的：具有较大失火危险的服务处所
厨房、设有烹调设备的配膳室、桑拿房、面积为4 m2 及以上的油漆间和储物间、
存放易燃液体的处所和不构成机器处所一部分的工作间。
需确定你的储物间是否大于4M2，如大于SOLAS则认定是较大失火危险区域。看看结构是否能分隔并改小该储物间面积。
不过dnv还有一个说明：
e) Cables may exceptionally be routed through high fire risk area, but shall then have additional fire protection, e.g. by using cable tested in accordance with IEC 60331. The restrictions given in [10.1.2] has to be observed.
那就是使用防火电缆。
总会有办法解决的。

IACS UI SC 11:
High fire risk areas are those considered as such in Chapter II-2 Regulations 26, 27, 44 and 58. 指向1985年版的 solas?

5.3. Cables and wiring serving essential or emergency power, lighting, internal communications or signals shall so far as practicable be routed clear of galleys, laundries, machinery spaces of category A and their casings and other high fire risk areas. In ro-ro passenger ships, cabling for emergency alarms and public address systems installed on or after 1 July 1998 shall be approved by the Administration having regard to the recommendations developed by the Organization. Cables connecting fire pumps to the emergency switchboard shall be of a fire-resistant type where they pass through high fire risk areas. Where practicable all such cables should be run in such a manner as to preclude their being rendered unserviceable by heating of the bulkheads that may be caused by a fire in an adjacent space.

目前手上的一条船特地在防火分隔图里面特别注明各个大于4平方米的locker还有可能存储可燃液体的locker定义为category 9。cables穿过使用fire resistant type. 有什么问题呢？
